OUR STORY
Care From Someone Who Understands.
AHHD was founded on the belief that every dialysis patient deserves compassionate support from people who understand that the journey affects every part of life.

Experience Across Home Dialysis Equipment
AHHD’s team is trained and experienced in operating home hemodialysis machines and works with the equipment prescribed for each patient rather than limiting support to a single machine or manufacturer.
02
Assistance That Complements Your Care Team
AHHD works alongside the patient's dialysis healthcare team to provide support based on the patient's needs and prescribed treatment orders. AHHD does not provide hemodialysis or cannulation training.
