For patients who have completed home hemodialysis training and independently manage their prescribed treatment, AHHD’s certified hemodialysis professionals provide in-home assistance with cannulating the patient’s vascular access. This service is for cannulation support only. AHHD does not provide home hemodialysis or cannulation training.
COMPREHENSIVE HOME HEMODIALYSIS ASSISTANCE
Provided by a Certified Hemodialysis Technician
AHHD’s certified hemodialysis professionals provide hands-on in-home support throughout the patient’s prescribed treatment, from setup to completion.
Services are provided with AHHD RN oversight and in coordination with the patient’s dialysis healthcare team, according to established treatment orders.
